Shengda Steel Co., Ltd. specializes in producing H-beam, U-beam and I-beam steel. Our company tries best to be the head of Chinese section steel industry, and be one of the largest section steel manufacturers, with annual production of 800,000 tons. Our equipment mainly includes a 1000 (diameter) two roller reversing breakdown mill, six finishing units, seven 970/660 compact universal mills and three 560 edging mills. Those above create conditions of producing light H-beam steel. This production line was completed by three experts who enjoy the benefits of State Council. We use feet long rolling, feet long cooling, feet long straight and cold sawing length world advanced production technology. This universal mill with world advanced technology is on the basis of importing international advanced ones and used world leading technology research fruits. The finishing mill improved the products' size precision and physical and mechanical properties, as it adopted rolling and control cooling technology and using universal method. Finished equipment contains variable pitch straightening machine and constant power speed saw. The cooling bed is in advanced spray cooling technology. All line is automatic control. Products are: carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, low alloy steel, bridge and hull used structural steel and weathering steel. Thin-walled H-beam steel: 250*250-500*200mm, web and flange can be 3.2mm; standard H-beam steel: 250*250mm-500*200mm; I-beam steel: 30a-56c; U-channel steel: 30a-40c and products length are 6m, 12m and 18m.
